July Favorites

This month flew by faster than the blink of an eye. Thankfully it was full of well spent time including our first annual family vacation since 2019 with close family friends. I'm so grateful for the time to appreciate the people around me. Let's kick it off again with a few of my favorites from this month!

1. Chanel Le Volume Mascara. This was a whim of the moment purchase which didn't end up being quite useful at the time of purchase but this past month testing it with different looks has been a pleasure. It gives a light and natural coverage and still gives a pop to your lashes.

2. Good Molecules Niacinamide Brightening Toner. I tested this product over this month and it gave great results. With quite an affordable price point I recommend this to anyone looking to add a glow to their skin.

3. Apple AirPods Max. I've been using these for work since February 2021, but just started using them for travel in the past few months. The noise cancellation on these will make you forget about any pesky environment that comes with travel. I recommend to anyone looking to elevate their music or working experience.

4. Alphalete Ozone Collection. On the journey of changing my lifestyle I've realized having appropriate fitting and looking gym clothing are important to me. I decided to give Alphalete a try and have been raving about them all month, especially their Ozone collection which is made all from recycled fibers.

5. Aritzia Babaton Sculpt Knit Dress. This was a New York find and as soon as I put it on I knew I had to get it. This dress is currently selling for half price (run to the site), which is one of the main factors I got it after first spotting it at the Aritzia in Austin back in April.

6. Book: 'The Other Black Girl'. An unexpected favorite is this book I picked up at my local airport. It is an exciting thriller by Zakiya Davila Harris, I'm only about 1/3 through but I know I'm not premature in recommending this to anyone that comes across it.
