I opened my account with Fashionphile over a year ago, but never committed to buying anything until this past month. The news around Fashionphile was that they were very reliable, had the best authenticity guarantee, and was the most trusted luxury reseller. The skepticism was high, as everyone pushing the company also had a brand deal backing their words. Now here I am, happy to share my experience to make sure you know what to expect.
Shopping
I no longer like to shop on my computer, I love the ease of shopping for my favorite companies and brands on my phone and that's the experience I had with Fashionphile. The app is straightforward to use and the notifications were great at informing me when the items I'd been following were on sale. They have a great sorting system and you can shop by condition easily, my preference was New With Tags and Excellent condition.
Shipping and Packaging
My package arrived within no time with UPS shipping. The only hassle was that the package required a sign-off acceptance. I missed them the first day they showed up and had to wait until the following Monday to get my shoes, the anticipation was killing me. If you can't work from home or have someone waiting to receive your package it can be an annoyance, but I prefer to be safe than sorry when it comes to my luxury purchases anyways.
Would I shop from Fashionphile again: YES
I recommend it to anyone looking to start buying luxury consignments. I found my Prada Monolith Loafers in 'Very Good' condition for only $745, a fraction of the original retail price of $1,250. You can find the unboxing and full review of the shoes on my YouTube channel. With it being one of the most formidable luxury resellers it's easy to find comfort shopping with them again, which I definitely will.
