August Favorites

I can't believe how fast this Summer has passed. I, like many students around the country, started school this past week and I have to say I am already deeply missing my freedom. This past month was filled with so many great experiences which led to many opportunities to test some new and old products, more detailed reviews to come.

Meshki Kirra Shorts. I filmed a haul from Meshki earlier this month and this was by far my favorite piece. I have never had a pair of shorts fit me so well and not be over exposing. These are perfect for someone wanting relief in the heat while still being modest.

The Ordinary Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Oil. I've used this on an off for about a year but after recent skin fluctuations I started using this at night and am pleasantly surprised to see how clear my skin is when I wake up every morning. I only apply this oil at night after a simple rinse and I'm glowing in the morning.

Fenty Skin Rose Lip Oil. This was a pressure purchase at checkout in Sephora, but I must say the cashier knew what she was talking about. I had no expectations for this product when I bought it, but after constant complimenting from friends when I had it on I knew it was a top tier sheen. Not only does it give a beautiful shine, it is moisturizing without being tacky.

Kitsch Open Shape Claw Clip. Normally my hair is in it's natural fro, but I pressed my hair this month and found the easiest way to put the hair back and not cause breakage was with a claw clip. I know I'm late this trend, but I will gladly still gloat about how great it looks in many different hair styles.

Beast Blender Hydration System. I've been eyeing this blender for a few months and I am glad I finally took the plunge this month. I make myself protein shakes everyday and used to struggle with portion sizing, but after buying this blender I get the perfect sized smoothie every morning. No more over stuffing for me!

Amazon Tech Carrier. This carrier is so good I plan on getting another one in a bigger size for longer travel. I used this initially to store my cords in my home after getting my new laptop, but it has quickly become the most crucial thing I carry in my bag to help me stay organized.
